D.Y. Patil AIPGMET 2015 Application Form: The application form of AIPGMET 2015 application form is available now. Candidates who wish to apply for MD/MS/Diploma programmes for 2015 academic session must fill and AIPGMET 2015 application form. While candidates who wish to pursue MDS programmes have to fill AIPGDET 2015 application form.

AIPGMET 2015 application for MD/MS/Diploma or MDS programmes can be downloaded can purchase it from the University Office.

Information brochure along with AIPGMET 2015/AIPGDET 2015 application form can also be purchased from the University Office on payment of Rs. 1,500 cash or DD in favour of ‘The Registrar, Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth, Pune’, payable at Pune. If required by post the candidates will have to send a DD of Rs. 1,750.

Candidates who have downloaded application form and have to send the filled in application form to the Registrar on or before January 3, 2015. Candidates have to fill AIPGMET 2015 and AIPGMET 2015 application form in their own handwriting. AIPGMET 2015 and AIPGMET 2015 application form must be sent along with necessary documents and a Demand Draft of Rs. 3,750 drawn on any nationalized Bank, in favor of ‘ The Registrar, Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth’ payable at Pune.
