COMEDK UGET 2016 (Consortium of Medical Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka under Graduate Entrance Test)
is an entrance examination which is conducted every year by the
Consortium of Medical Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka
(COMEDK) to award aspiring applicants admission in diverse engineering
courses in the state of Karnataka. It is a state level examination. The
COMEDK 2015 examination is going to be held on 10th May 2015 and the
application for the same will start from March.

COMEDK UGET 2016 Application Procedure
Applicants, who wish to apply for this
course, can do so by going online and filing the form on the official
website. Applicants have to attach a few necessary documents along with
the fees to be paid. Applicants need to make sure that the form filled
has to reach the necessary authorities on or before the due date as late
forms will not be accepted, no matter what.
COMEDK UGET 2016 Eligibility
The following conditions have to be fulfilled by the applicants in order to be eligible for this course:
Applicants should have passed 10+2 or 2nd PUC from any recognized university or Board in the country. Applicants should have studied Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, and obtained a minimum aggregate score of 45% (40% of SC/STOBC candidates of Karnataka). Physics and Mathematics should be the compulsory subjects along with any one of the following optional subjects- Chemistry, Biology or Biotechnology or any other technical vocational courses. Applicants should have also studied English as a subject in the qualifying exam. Diploma applicants are not eligible to take the Entrance Test as there are no lateral entry admissions.

COMEDK UGET Paper Pattern
- The paper pattern for this examination is as follows:
- The time duration of the exam will be 3 hours.
- Applicants will have to mark their answers on an OMR sheet
- Each correct answer will consist of 1 mark.
- Negative marking will not be applicable.
- If there is a tie in the score, the board will consider the number of wrong and unattended answers to come to the final conclusion.
