About Us:

In accordance with the guidelines / principles laid down in the order of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in PA Inamdar V/s State of Maharashtra (Civil Appeal no. 5041 of 2005), the Private Medical & Dental Colleges of Rajasthan has formed an Association in the name of “Federation of Private Medical & Dental Colleges of Rajasthan”. The Federation of Private Medical & Dental Colleges of Rajasthan, herein after referred as “The Federation”, is duly registered with the Registrar Societies under the Societies Act, having registration No.481 / Jaipur /2003-04 dated 20.10.03 and office at 17-C, Near Seva Mandir, Old Fatehpura, Udaipur – 313 001 The said entrance test shall be conducted in the name of “Private College’s Pre Medical Test” (PCPMT) 2014 for admission in MBBS & BDS Course and the constituent Private Medical & Dental Colleges of federation, which are duly approved by Concerned Council, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of India and Govt. of Rajasthan. The admissions shall be made for the seats available to respective member institution of the Federation for the ensuing academic year 2014-15. Courses Offered:

UNDER GRADUATE PROGRAMMES M.B.B.S B.D.S Eligibility: For MBBS & BDS Courses: No candidate shall be allowed to be admitted to the curriculum of first year of the MBBS & BDS courses until: He / she shall complete the age of 17 years on or before 31st December of the year of admission to the MBBS & BDS courses i.e. on or before 31st December 2014. He / she has passed qualifying examination as under: The senior secondary examination or the Indian School Certificate Examination or from any recognized Board which is equivalent to 10+2 examination after a period of 12 years study, the last two years of the study comprising of Physics, Chemistry, Biology or any other elective subject with English at a level not less than the core course of English as prescribed by the NCERT after introduction of the 10+2+3 years educational structure as recommended by the National Committee on Education. Provided also that: A candidate for admission in Medical and Dental courses must have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Biology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology in qualifying examination and in addition must have come in the merit list prepared as a result of PC-PMT 2014 Entrance Examination by securing not less than 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology papers. In respect of candidates belonging to Physically Handicapped, the marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together in qualifying examination PC-PMT 2014 be 45% and for the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other & Special Backward Classes are 40% instead of 50% as stated above. The student presently studying in Class XII and appearing at Senior Secondary Examination, 2014 can also apply for PC-PMT 2014. Such candidates shall be permitted provisionally to appear in PC-PMT 2014 Examination, provided that he/she encloses his/her admit card of 10+2 Examination. He/She must submit his/her mark sheet (relevant documents) at the time of counseling. Entrance Exam Centers: Presently there is only one entrance examination centre (01) Pacific Institute of Management, Pacific Hill, Opp. Transport Nagar, Pratap Nagar Extn. Airport Road, Debari, Udaipur-313024. Number of entrance examination center may be increased depending upon the total number of applications received
