MP PAHUNT- (Madhya Pradesh Pre Ayurved, Homoeopathy, Unani, Naturopathy and Yoga) Test is hosted by MPPEB (Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board) for admission of eligible applicants to Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS), Bachelor of Unani Medicine & Surgery (BUMS), Bachelor Of Homoeopathic Medicine & Surgery (BHMS), and Bachelor Of Naturopathy and Yogic Science (BNYS) Courses in Government or private colleges/institutes of Madhya Pradesh. The exam will supposed to be held on September 2016.
Permanent resident of Madhya Pradesh are only considered for enrollment to Government Autonomous Institutes/Colleges. The exam is organized in objective model type covering questions on Chemistry, Physics, Botany and Zoology.
Required Eligibility criteria for MP PAHUNT 2016:
- Interested applicants must have done HSC with Chemistry, Physics, and Biology as core subjects. Candidates should have completed their examination from any of the recognized boards with securing minimum of 50% marks (40% for reserved category applicants).
- Aspirants must have to satisfy any of below mentioned conditions before appearing for admission in Government independent colleges.
- He/she should be permanent resident of Madhya Pradesh
- Child of any central government employee, posted in Madhya Pradesh
- Child of any serving or retired employee of the Government of Madhya Pradesh
- Child of a Military Personnel or refugee of Jammu and Kashmir
- Child of any person settled permanently in MP under the scheme of Central Government/State Government
- Interested candidate must have completed minimum 17 years of their age.
Madhya Pradesh PAHUNT 2016 Exam Pattern
MP PAHUNT 2016 will be conducted as a single entrance exam of 180 minutes duration. There will be two parts for the test paper containing questions on Chemistry, Physics, Zoology and Botany. In first part, there will be total of 100 questions from Physics and Chemistry. Part two consists of 25 questions each from the subject areas of Botany and Zoology. Each right answer will be carried out one mark.

Interested and eligible candidates can apply online for admissions in MP PAHUNT by going through the official website of authority. Applicants are advised to first read all instruction carefully and fill the details accordingly. Then submit the duly filled form along with necessary documents and applicable application fee to the board on or before due date.
MP PAHUNT 2016 Selection procedure
Selection of candidates will be made on the basis of total marks scored in the entrance exam. One merit list will be made on marks basis and another merit list will be made for government autonomous colleges and private institutes. In case, more than one applicant achieved same marks in the entrance exam then breakage of tie will be prepared on the basis of their marks in Botany and Zoology paper. Final selection of eligible applicants will be prepared after a counseling process.
